WHY IS THERE A GAP IN OUR UNDERSTANDING?

Have you ever had a conversation with a person and as far as you can understand, the two of you are saying the same thing but the other person just can't see that? You are in agreement, but can't seem to agree that you are. What can they possible be hearing in the conversation that you don't hear. I think maybe there are some words in the English language that have different meanings to different people, and we don't know that we each have a different meaning to some of the words in the conversation, that completely changes the meaning.                                                                                                        Have you ever heard this in a conversation? "I never said that" ,"Yes you did" "I heard you say that", "no you didn't, because I don't even use that word in my vocabulary" "I heard you" Do people say things thy don't hear themselves say? Do people hear things in a conversation, that are not being said? There does seem to be a GAP in our understanding of each other in some cases, that is often labeled "irreconcilable differences" both convinced they are right, both believing what they believe, and no amount of words can be introduced that can change the points of view...so the conversation is not producing the desired effect.                                                                                                                                           Why don't we see eye to eye, whats good for me should also be good for you... I find it very hard to understand why everyone doesn't agree with me at least most of the time . How can something make so much sense to me and another person totally disagree? Totally? Like conspiracy theorist that actually believe in a shadow government that operates behind the seen and that this elite group is conspiring to take over the world and maybe kill billions of people,where does that come from?  Is it possible that different dictionary's have different meanings? Maybe the cheaper dictionary's cut corners and left out a definition or two, or of the tree definitions, we each chose different ones? I can't for the life of me understand how two people can evolve in a heated argument and end in taking the others life. And I'll never understand how a few men in a private room, of a secret place, conclude a discussion, with "were are going to war". War? With who, and for what? Because they are a threat to our security? The whole country? This can't be settled between the leaders? Are you sure?    OK put all the details up on a bill board, on the Internet, on the t.v., and let the people decide. There must be someone among us that can go there and negotiate an agreement that will be more beneficial to both parties then WAR. Are we barbarians here? O, but we don't qualify to know the details, because it is a matter of security? How is it a matter of security for me to know the details of a war that both leaders already know the details of, who could I tell that doesn't already know? We have the technology to put any conflict of interest, In the public view so anyone can see the debate and decide if it's worthy of war? Why all the secrecy?                                                                                                                                            In matters of life or death, especially if it involves WAR, the discussion should be a matter of public opinion. I know I am at least as intelligent as anyone else and believe that there is more times then not, a peaceful way around most WARS. The fact that the current leaders don't seem to poses that ability, is a concern as to their qualifications, to lead.                                                                                               I understand fully the economic melt down and I also know that it can be fixed, it's not derivatives that caused the problem it's fraud, and the guilty party is so greedy they are willing to let the whole world go under just so they can keep their profits. LISTEN, how on earth can anyone have a lending intuition, that is by any means, allowed to loan out money that they don't have? If you don't have value and you sign the contract, the contract is not enforceable, due to the inability of the bank to produce the value. bottom line YOU CAN'T LOAN OUT MONEY THAT YOU DON'T HAVE EVEN IF SOME ETHIC LESS AUTHORITY ALLOWED YOU TO. THE MONEY IS NOT IN THE MONETARY SYSTEM SO THE LOAN WAS NEVER COMPLETED, HOW CAN IT BE PAID BACK? IT DOESN'T TAKE A BANKER TO FIGURE THAT OUT...IT TAKES A CRIMINAL TO EXECUTE SUCH A FRAUDULENT CONTRACT, NO MATTER WHAT AUTHORITY AUTHORIZED IT, THOUGH BOTH SHOULD BE INVESTIGATED COMPLETELY, BUT NO BORROWER, CAN BE OBLIGATED TO REPAY A LOAN THAT WAS NEVER RECEIVED.                                                                                                                                 Now, that said, I will go to my grave believing I am right, and anyone that disagrees with me in this matter I am sorry, but there is something wrong with your thinking. This is my point. Do we not understand that the banks had authority to lend out 5 times more money then they actually had in the bank? I authorise you to jump off the bridge, but I don't expect you will do it without some protection, do I have to also authorize you to think about it first.                                                                                                     Mr. Banker, let me get this straight...you wrote up a contract signed it and presented it to your layman borrow with full knowledge that there was no money to back that loan? And what part of fraud don't you understand? So to all of my brothers and sister in the world, there is 5 times more loans floating around in the system, then there is money in the system, those loans are fraudulent and any law school student can win that case against 50 dream teams of lawyers.Can anyone not see how wrong this is? No civilization can be free with this form of unfair abuse to the monetary system. The advantage to the lender of no investment, and a 100% plus interest income will create an elite so powerful nothing can stand in their way. They actually have control of 5 times more money then is in the total monetary system! This is the reason for the collapse of the world economy. The whole world will eventually be indebted to them, who have the power to create loans without money. Loans that can't be paid because the money dosen't exist!                                                                                                                                                                                                             The problem that causes me to loose complete confidence in the American Governing system as a whole is that this has been going on a very long time and no one in our Governing body has come out against it or filed charges against this crime, meaning that we have no party in our system that is in the least, willing to stand up for our constitutional rights. The fraud perpetrators, are ignored by the whole authority as if they were all involved in this crime, and at least had knowledge of it. How can they be trusted?                                                                                               There can be no worse crime enacted on the monitory system, and the multitudes of humanity that have been defrauded out of their lives, then to loan money that doesn't exist. Anyone that believes that even a bank can be authorized to enter into a binding contract with a borrower for and undisclosed amount of money with the full knowledge that no valuable asset is lent to the borrower at the time of the signing of the loan and did not produce any value what so ever to consummate the loan, can not possible have entered a legal contract. Nor does the borrower have any legal obligation to the lender who did not preform the loan.                                                                                                                                  I don't need any authority to agree that a crime has been committed here? At the very least the loan is not valid because the bank never completed the loan. So my fellow defrauded earthlings, we are witnessing the greatest fraud in the history of the known world, effecting almost every human being, and clearly no charges have be filed, and the borrowers are bound to this empty paper only, non monetary,illegally authorized and ILLEGALLY executed loans that brought the planet, our planet to it's knees. While the borrower is being illegally bound to these fraudulent contracts, and evicted from their homes by our tax paid sheriff's.                                                                                                            If we sleep through this we are comatose. If the American people don't stand up an demand these crimes of injustice be punished, then the war is over and no amount of blame or any elected official well ever feel confident to stand for a people that can't stand for justice but will fall for everything, these law breakers plan to do next.                                                                                                                                                               The banks may have been authorised by some corrupt,

manipulated, or paid off authorities in the system, but the were not obligated to go through with this crime, it was driven by greed and a blatant disrespect for the American people and the lack of any willingness to prosecute these crooks speaks volumes concerning what has become of the land of the free and the home of the brave. Is there a GAP in our understanding?
